A native El Pasoan, Ms. Nicole Cobb ‘02 attended St. Patrick and Loretto Academy. She earned her undergraduate degree from Harvard University and two master’s degrees from Stanford University. She has always loved being in the classroom and has taught in various settings for over a decade. She also co-founded a regional nonprofit organization to support new mothers. Her favorite part about Loretto is its students.

Mr. Ricardo Enriquez has worked at Loretto Academy for over 15 years. He holds a bachelor’s in business administration and has over 40 years of accounting experience. He officiates volleyball and basketball games in his free time. Mr. Enriquez is enjoys working with the school’s dedicated faculty and staff and being able to help families fulfill their dreams of sending their children to Loretto Academy in his current role.

A native New Yorker, Ms. Angela Glover relocated to El Paso at 19 and attended the School of Mines. She has served as the Director of Athletics since 2002, adding multiple new sports and teams. There are currently 9 sports for high school, 3 for middle, and 2 for elementary school. She has completed multiple TAPPS requirements and truly loves all sporting events. Her favorite part of Loretto is the beautiful campus and its rich traditions.

Favorite tradition is Ring Rose. She received her ring from her older sister, and they wore the same style dress for the ceremony.
A native El Pasoan, Ms. Norma Lopez ‘83 attended St. Joseph’s and Loretto Academy, where she was the first recipient of the Mother Praxedes Award. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at El Paso and a master’s degree from New Mexico State University. Ms. Lopez has worked as a teacher, instructional coach, and administrator for over 30 years. Her favorite thing about Loretto is how the four core values are woven into daily classroom life starting with the 3-year-olds in pre-K.

Rose is a proud El Paso native who obtained her Bachelor’s degree from New Mexico State University. The combination of her 25 years’ experience in non-profit management and marketing will allow Rose to serve the greater Loretto community, past and present, well. Community engagement is something that Rose takes to heart on both a personal and professional level. She hopes her experience will inspire alumnae to give back to preserve the Loretto legacy. Rose loves the religious aspect that is part of the Loretto education experience. As Rose turns to her own faith as a guiding principle in her life, she hopes that each student will be able to connect with God in a similar manner.

A native El Pasoan, Ms. Helen Martinez has over 30 years of experience in education, including teaching, developing curriculum, Title I compliance, serving as a testing coordinator and mentor to new teachers. She holds a master’s degree in Education. She came out of retirement in 2014 to serve in her current role. She is most proud of the shared vision at Loretto and the nurturing of young women as they develop their potential as individuals and community members.

Ms. Patricia R. Martinez ’81 was given the loving gift of Catholic education, graduating from St. Pius X School and Loretto Academy. With a strong connection to her own educational experience, she has been fortunate enough to serve as an educator for 34 years specializing in technology education. She holds her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Texas at El Paso. She is a firm believer that Loretto Academy cultivates the development of strong and independent women leaders who share meaningful school traditions and core values passed down from generation to generation.

Ms. Mary Ann Olivas has over 30 years of experience in the public and private educational system. She started her career as a special educator in both elementary and high school. She has also served as an activities director at the high school level. Ms. Olivas holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree from Sul Ross State University. She attributes her success and love of education to her mentors, friends, and cherished family.

Enjoys reading, traveling to visit friends and family, and watching football.

Mrs. Nancy Tovar and her husband, Aaron, are the proud parents of Adam (Lex), Josh, and Patrick (Gianna) and proud grandparents of Noah and Dillon.
Mrs. Tovar is a life-long El Pasoan with deep roots in the community. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Texas at El Paso. An educator for 31 years, Mrs. Tovar has been a teacher, assistant principal, principal, human resources director and executive director, and assistant superintendent. Mrs. Tovar has also served as state president for a statewide principals’ organization. She is passionate about teaching and learning and the transformative power of education.
Her favorite part of Loretto are the students and the rich tradition of academic excellence.
