There is a non-refundable registration fee* of $425. Families with multiple students will pay a reduced fee of $250 for each additional student. Families with more than one student enrolled may apply for Tuition Assistance for each additional child, subject to eligibility and funding.
*The fee is refundable until March 31, 2026. Requests for a refund must be made in writing to the business office no later than March 31, 2026.
For classes with a waitlist, dates of inquiry will be used to place students on the waitlist. Priority is given to siblings of current students, but cannot be guaranteed. Families with multiple children should register early to ensure all spots are secured as we anticipate certain grade levels will reach capacity.
Online Payments
Loretto partnered with Blackbaud Tuition Management to collect and process fees. There is a $56 administrative fee per family. This service allows you to:
- Use your preferred payment method.
- Review your account online.
- Receive confirmation notices and reminders for payments.
- Speak with customer service representatives.
Visit Tuition Management to set up your account with Blackbaud Tuition Management. Enrollment after June 1 will automatically require the 12-month payment plan.
Additional Fees
Book & Technology Fee: $325 per student
The fee will be included in your tuition payment plan at time of registration.
IPad lease: $55 for students 1st to 12 grade The fee will be included in your tuition payment plan at time of registration.
Mandatory Fundraiser: $200 per family in ticket sales
The fee will be included in your tuition payment plan at time of registration.
Activity Cards: Varies by class
The fee will be included in the tuition payment plan at time of registration.

Tuition Assistance
Tuition Assistance forms may be filled out online here no later than March 27, 2026. An independent company evaluates the applications and recommends the level of assistance Loretto Academy may offer. Students must be registered to be considered for financial aid. Notification of tuition assistance will be made in May 2026.
